Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use IPTV Fire, including trials, subscriptions, renewals and your responsibilities.

Last updated:

1. Who we are

These Terms form an agreement between you and [RAISON SOCIALE] (“IPTV Fire”, “we”), [ADRESSE DE L’ENTREPRISE]. By creating an account, starting a trial or subscribing, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state and live in [PAYS ET ÉTATS/PROVINCES DESSERVIS]. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use within your household.

3. The service

We provide access to [CONTENUS SOUS LICENCE] through supported apps. Content may vary by location and change as licences change. See the availability page. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Free trial

Eligible new customers can receive one free trial of 24h. No payment method is required. The trial ends automatically and is never converted into a paid subscription without your explicit consent. We may refuse or end trials that show signs of abuse.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and price changes

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) in USD or CAD, applicable taxes included, through PayPal (PayPal account or credit/debit card). Unless you turn off renewal, your plan renews for the same term at the then-current price. We send a reminder before each renewal of plans longer than one month. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase, which applies from your next renewal; you may cancel before it takes effect.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can turn off renewal anytime in your customer area; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, without limiting rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential. Each subscription allows one connection at a time; you may install the apps on several devices, but simultaneous viewing on several screens requires one subscription per screen. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [E-MAIL DE SUPPORT] if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not redistribute, record for distribution, or publicly perform content, or circumvent technical protection measures.

9. Intellectual property

Content is owned by its rights holders and licensed to us. Our software, brand and website belong to [RAISON SOCIALE]. You receive a limited, personal, revocable licence to use the apps for watching content.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, after notice where reasonable. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of your prepaid term.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

12. Governing law and disputes

[TO BE DRAFTED BY COUNSEL: governing law by market, dispute resolution, and any arbitration clause with the carve-outs required for Quebec consumers and applicable U.S. state laws.]

13. Changes to these Terms

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
