1. Allowed
Watching content included in your plan, for personal and household use, on supported devices, within your device limit, in a country where the service is offered.
2. Not allowed
- Sharing, selling or renting your credentials outside your household.
- Rebroadcasting, recording for distribution or public performance (bars, restaurants, events) without a commercial licence.
- Circumventing DRM, geographic restrictions or device limits.
- Using modified apps, scrapers, bots or automated tools against our systems.
- Creating multiple trials, using disposable emails or false information.
- Attempting to access other accounts or disrupt the service.
3. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy. Serious or repeated breaches lead to termination without refund, except where law requires otherwise.
