Yes, paid plans renew at the end of each term at the same duration, unless you turn off renewal. We email you before every renewal of a quarterly, semi-annual or annual plan. You can turn renewal off anytime in your customer area.
Yes. A change of plan takes effect at your next renewal date, so you never pay twice for the same period. You can also cancel a scheduled change before it applies.
One subscription = one connection: install the app on as many devices as you like and watch on one at a time. For several screens at the same time, take one subscription per screen. You manage your devices in your customer area.
Refund eligibility depends on when you ask and how the service performed. Our refund and cancellation policy explains the rules in plain language.
