Last updated:

1. Our commitment

IPTV Fire distributes only content it is licensed to offer, in the territories covered by its licences. We do not tolerate infringement on our platform.

2. United States — DMCA notices

Send notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512 to our designated agent: [AGENT DÉSIGNÉ DMCA], [ADRESSE DE L’ENTREPRISE], [DMCA EMAIL]. Include: your signature; identification of the work; identification of the material and its location; your contact details; a good-faith statement; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

3. Canada — notice and notice

Under the Copyright Act (sections 41.25–41.27), send notices to [COPYRIGHT EMAIL] with the claimant’s name and address, the work, the right allegedly infringed, the location of the material and the date and time of the alleged infringement.

4. Counter-notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by law.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
