Open Google Play, search “[NOM DE L’APPLICATION]”, tap Install, then open the app and sign in.

Installation steps
Open Google Play
Tap the Play Store icon.
Search and check the publisher
Search “[NOM DE L’APPLICATION]” and make sure the developer is [ÉDITEUR DE L’APPLICATION].

Install and open
Tap Install, then Open.
Sign in
Enter the details from your welcome email. Allow notifications only if you want reminders about your favorites.
Updates and uninstalling
Updates install automatically from Google Play. To uninstall, press and hold the app icon and choose Uninstall.
Troubleshooting
The app doesn’t appear in search
Check that your device and system version are in the compatibility table, and that your store account region matches your country. Restart the device and search again.
I can’t sign in
Copy the details exactly from your welcome email (they are case-sensitive). You can reset them from your customer area. If your trial has ended, sign-in is refused until you choose a plan.
The picture freezes or buffers
Restart your router and device, move closer to the router or use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and close other heavy downloads. Then check the service status page.
“Too many devices” message
One subscription = one connection. Stop playback on the other device, or add a subscription to watch on two screens at the same time.
