Your connection details
Your welcome email and your customer area contain everything a player can ask for:

Open the app store
Press Home on the remote, then open Apps.
Install a compatible IPTV player
Search for “IPTV player” and install the one recommended in your welcome email.
Enter your details
Choose Xtream Codes (or M3U) and type the details from your email. Some players instead show a code to activate from their website.
LG Smart TV (webOS)
Open the LG Content Store
Press Home, then open LG Content Store (or Apps on recent models).
Install a compatible IPTV player
Search for “IPTV” and install the recommended player.
Enter your details
Add a playlist with your Xtream Codes details or M3U link, then wait for channels and the guide to load.
iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
Open the App Store
On Apple TV, the App Store is on the home screen; the same player usually works on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.
Install a compatible IPTV player
Search for “IPTV player” and choose one that supports Xtream Codes.
Add your account
Select Add playlist › Xtream Codes and enter the server, username and password from your email.
MAG & Formuler boxes
Send us your MAC address
It is printed under the box (starts with 00:1A:79 on MAG). Add it in Customer area › Devices or send it to support.
Add the portal
MAG: Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals. Formuler: MyTVOnline › Add portal. Enter the portal URL from your email.
Restart the box
After the restart, the portal loads automatically.
Windows PC & Mac
Choose how to watch
Use a desktop IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes, or open your M3U link in a media player such as VLC (Media › Open network stream).
Enter your details
Paste the details from your welcome email. Each open window counts as one screen.
Troubleshooting
The app doesn’t appear in search
Check that your device and system version are in the compatibility table, and that your store account region matches your country. Restart the device and search again.
I can’t sign in
Copy the details exactly from your welcome email (they are case-sensitive). You can reset them from your customer area. If your trial has ended, sign-in is refused until you choose a plan.
The picture freezes or buffers
Restart your router and device, move closer to the router or use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and close other heavy downloads. Then check the service status page.
“Too many devices” message
One subscription = one connection. Stop playback on the other device, or add a subscription to watch on two screens at the same time.
